When doing sit-ups while still having the fat on you will make the fat harden up and you don’t want that. It will make it even harder for you to lose it.

A mistake that a lot of people make is thinking if they do a lot of one or two exercises they can get a six pack body. When doing the same workout routines every day your body get in a comfort zone. You need to keep your body out of that comfort zone so you will always be in control. The goal every time you workout is to drain yourself out every time. If you keep doing the same exercises you will be ready to workout some more. The plan is to get a lot of exercises in, in less time. 20 to 30 minutes a day will do just fine. Especially if you really don’t have the time to exercise.
